We currently offer overnight and daytime support for families in Raleigh, NC and the surrounding areas welcoming their newest little ones.

Starry Night Package
Transition into parenthood with less stress. A doula will be at your home to receive you when you first arrive with your new bundle or bundles of joy.
The doula will support your family 5 nights per week, for 6 weeks, to allow parents to rest as much as possible while she handles the majority of the baby care.
Rest is essential for healing your body. Baby can be brought to Mom for nursing.
5 nights per week, for 6 weeks.
8 hours per night
Goodnight Moon Package
Let your Doula give you a chance to rest a few times a week.
The Doula will assist with baby care so parents can get as much rest as possible. The Doula can wash bottles, prep bottles for the next day, fold laundry, or run the dishwasher to free up time for you to enjoy your new baby during your waking hours.
3 nights per week for 6 weeks
8 hours per night
Hello Sunshine Package
Doula will provide daytime support and hands on teaching assistance with bathing, diapering, swaddling and feeding.
Doula will provide baby care so you are able to nap, shower or just relax for a bit. Let the doula make you a snack, run the dishes or the laundry while you snuggle your baby.
3 days per week for 4 weeks.
4 hour shifts
Dayspring Package
Doula will provide daytime support and hands on teaching assistance with bathing, diapering, swaddling and feeding.
Doula will provide baby care so you are able to nap, shower or just relax for a bit. Let the doula make you a snack, run the dishes, or the laundry while you snuggle your baby.
